Biosynthetic methodologies are currently being used for the development of new-generation photovoltaic devices, owing to their advantages in the fabrication of functional inorganic nanomaterials, as well as due to their need for a sustainable and scalable synthesis approach. Consequently, herein we provide an overview of the main biosynthesis strategies for the fabrication of nanostructures (i.e., nanorods, nanocages, and nanoplates) based on multilayer brick architecture building blocks made of electroactive inorganic materials of relevance for the photovoltaic field. In addition to describing current trends in the development of such biosynthetic approaches, we specifically cover the versatility of the biomimetic method for the synthesis of a large number of nanostructures, including the integration of new functionalities into these photovoltaic devices.Routine quantification of plasma progesterone concentrations by direct electrochemistry and potentiometric detection.
The development of a sensitive and precise, plasmatic progesterone assay is described. Detection was made by a nonpolarized screen-printed carbon electrode with electrochemical detection using an ammonium para-nitrobenzene sulfonate electrode as a potentiometric electrode. The electrochemical characteristics of the progesterone-amine complex were studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The influence of the major interfering plasma constituents on the electrochemical response of progesterone was investigated. The progesterone electrode was highly selective. The electrode responses were reproducible, with a linear range of approximately 4-20 ng/mL and a limit of detection of approximately 1 ng/mL. A recovery of 104.1 +/- 6.1% and an interassay coefficient of variation of 10.4% were found. The electrode detection limit was found to be lower than that of the enzyme immunoassay method and similar to that of the radioimmunoassay. I have a variable in my winform called “cls”
As my winform is cloned for 50 times so is my “cls”.
I want to retrieve the same variable name and add some string to it.
For e.g. cls = “cls-name1”
Then I want to add some string to it like “cls-name1-this-is-needed”
And I want to do this 50 times in my Winform

There is no way to retrieve the same value you used to call new each time because this is a value type. You can however get a new instance each time. So try:
var cls = “cls-name1”;
var cls2 = cls + “-name1-this-is-needed”;

As pointed out in the comments by thisaarauj you might want to refactor your code, instead of doing a lot of direct typing of strings.
